takbat primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to the platform may be restricted from certain regions. Users are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their own area.

3.3 Technical Safeguards

takbat has put technical measures in place to protect minors from gaming. If any minor is able to create an account, the account will be closed immediately upon becoming aware of the matter and all transactions will be considered void.

11.3 Funds in Closed Accounts
